1 year agoThis sub has more English Premier League fans and naturally a bit of bias that they want one of their own to win it.
Propaganda from the Premier League brand spread to all areas of the British media, BBC, sky etc make out it’s the best / most important league in the world and that’s echoed by its viewers.
One of the richest yes, but also one of the most predictable leagues in the last few years.
Haaland has done very well with his numbers but most of his goals are from inside the box and somewhat poacher like. Not taking away from his achievements but a player like Osimhen or Icardi could be put in Haaland’s place and the Man City team would be equally as effective.
100% agree. So many meaningless pre season matches and tours. International football is not the enemy. Clubs don’t know how to rotate players, push them to play 50+ games a season and wind up injured / out of form / burnt out.
