My friend ordered on the same day as me (the 16th), but 2 hours later and they had their Deck OLED delivered today at 11:09 UK time.
They didn’t receive an email from Parcel Force until an hour after delivery. With zero updates from them or GLS since the 22nd.
As they were at work, it went back to the depot. Fortunately, they can collect it on Monday.

3-5 business days, not actual days. Plus it seems the count starts when GLS actually collect it from Valve’s warehouse, though I can’t definitively confirm this.

They operate out of Coventry in the UK, and parcels are flown to Birmingham International airport, not Heathrow as people assume.
Same here. I’ve contacted both companies who both say it’s still with the other carrier.
Plus, Parcel Force are currently experiencing delivery delays due to I staffing issues.

I ordered my 1TB Deck at 19:27 UK time, it was packaged on Friday and nothing has changed since I checked on Monday at 20:00 UK time.
My friend who’s also in the UK ordered at 21:03 has received a shipment notification for delivery on Wednesday.
No idea when mine’s going to be shipped, so I’ll reach out to Valve on Thursday if it’s still showing*“packaged”*.
