The city it’s coming from in the Netherlands is about 3-4 hours driving away. So it would be awkward if the packages goes through several additional package centres before it gets delivered.
Similar for me. 3 Weeks ago, my LCD Deck was shipped from NL, to southern Germany and back to NRW…
The OLED now got shipped yesterday, and they shipped it to a different parcel center in NL … I’m sure logisticaly everything they do makes sense, but from an outside person you just shake your head and wish that you could just drive to that stupid warehouse and grab it yourself.
Full disk encryption, I don’t think so. But kde comes with something called vaults, which are basically just encrypted folders that can be mounted after entering a password. You can also access them without a GUI because vaults seem to be a frontend for gocryptfs. That should be enough for sensitive personal files.
