If you included a dock in the order with your Deck it’s possible that the single tracking number you received from Steam is actually for the dock only. My Deck was delivered out of the blue yesterday but the status of the tracking number from Steam states it’s still on the way from the Netherlands.
If you enter your tracking number and postcode into gls-info.nl (it’s available in English) you’ll be able to view and track any other packages that are part of your order. From here I was able to find the correct tracking number for my Deck and the timeline actually reflects reality.
It would appear that including a dock in my basket alongside the Deck has definitely had an adverse effect on my delivery date. Ordered at 18:25 and still stuck on “packaged items” while others have received shipping updates for their Decks but not their docks when ordered separately. Disappointing but an important lesson for the SD2 launch I guess.
Just the Deck - the dock is the package that’s still on the way from the Netherlands.
