Wide band will usually label 02 voltage as LAMBDA and are not used as downstream sensors. They work opposite of narrow. High voltage means lean low means rich. 1v would be ideal A/F ratios and anything above or below would be as I described. Pull a vacuum line while watching voltage to see if the 02 reacts or not. Down stream 02 should be a steady 750-800mv.
I don’t think you will get an answer on here. You need a scan tool and somebody that can interpret the data that it will show you.

Very unlikely it will clog. Rarely see it.
