The penalty wasn’t soft though, it was idiotic. Idiotic from cucurella, absolutely braindead foul after losing position.

Saka especially seems tired and ineffective in a lot of games this season.
I’m not sure whether this is tiredness or simply being doubled every single game. Like nobody ever plays 1v1 because they just know it’s not enough. It’s also why we need Martin on that left side, because his goal contributions are often coming from exploiting this and we should continue to do so.
Saka? Maybe. Gabi, I don’t think so. The man looks like he could play every day, it’s insane how much energy he has and obviously he’s had a little bit more rest than Saka last weeks due to injury.
Yeah I never really liked this decision and I hope bournemouth eats shit by making it. Never really been a wolves fan but they are playing good football and are entertaining for the first time in years.
Even if that’s by the rules “correct” not to intervene by var because there is no clear nas obvious error… That just means the rules are pure garbage. They purposely just make wrong decisions only to allow their pal to “be the boss”.
I mean people just like making headlines from this shit and bashing Arteta for his weird ideas, especially if they don’t go quite as planned. But I still stand with his decision, why shouldn’t a goalkeeper be like any other position on the field. If it’s about “trust” that the defenders build with their number two as some say… Well, what’s the point of having any number two keeper if you cannot trust him anyway.
