512GB I ordered on launch is still in transit. 1TB I ordered last Friday is now at national bub.
Has anyone in the UK had it go from in transit to it being delivered, without any updates from Parcelforce? If so, how long between it changing to in transit and it being delivered?

Order 512 on launch at xx:30. Changed from packaged to shipped on Saturday evening. No movement since. Ordered a 1TB last Thursday evening, and it got moved to packaged and shipped on Sunday.
Did you even read past the first sentence?
Ridiculous how quick you got that shipped. Ordered on launch and only got shipped yesterday.
Just be glad it’s still not stuck in packaged.

Yes, you might get update, you might not. New orders are now estimated between 3-5 days, down from 6-10.
No way to know if you order replacement, you will get it faster than your first order.

Probably worth just ordering a new one and it will come quicker than your old order.

They can’t refund as it’s already packaged. It needs to be returned first.
Just had a response to my Q about why it’s taken so long. Apparently some issue with warehouse and they don’t know when it will be delivered. They just said to order another one which should be shipped quickly and refuse delivery on the original one if it turns up.
Anyone in the UK who bought during the first hour still stuck on packaged? Valve support said it’s still in warehouse.
