Yes but it speaks to just how much better we are now as a unit when Havertz is allowed to have a slow start and bed in. We were looking at Pepe as THE answer whereas with Havertz he is an important addition to the team but doesn’t have as much weight on his shoulders as Pepe did. Fortunately for us we have the best squad we’ve seen in a long, long time and can afford to allow king Kai to bake a little bit in the oven while he learns his role in this system. We are top of the table with him being “okay”, imagine if and a when he gets rolling.
