It feels to me like Gentlemen’s agreement. If a franchise have any guidelines for derivative works, it always include things like no NSFW, no crimey things, etc. Didn’t stop people from making rule 34 art. Let alone tons of NSFW AI slop.

In some combination of default settings, sure. But if you consistently maxed out pen pressure on most brushes then you might want to try to adjust your pen settings. No idea how to do that on tablet style device though, I have only work on desktop.
