Update: It’s finally showing movement, suddenly it’s in a neighboring country. Hopefully they’ll deliver it by the end of the week

EU, ordered on the 16th about 20 minutes after launch. Still hasn’t arrived, not even close, last 4 days stuck in Germany. -_-

4 days later it’s till in Germany… -_- horrible delivery service, walking to the Netherlands and back would probably take less time… Two weeks and still not close to getting it

Germany has held my deck and dock for two days now :( I shall send wurst and beer, please let it go!

Probably 2 days in Packaged hell then it will show up. Then another 1-2 days of no info, judging from my experience.

(EU) Both my Deck and my Dock moved to In Transit last night, finally picked up by GLS! Dock was bought 2 days after Deck, but moved to Packaged along it, maybe they’ll hopefully arrive together? I can’t wait!

My Steam Dock I ordered on the 18th is finally out of Packaged hell. My Steam Deck I ordered 20 minutes after Launch (16th) has no progress on the tracking, still showing as not handed over to GLS. Annoying.

Lol I ordered at the same time as you and my parcel hasn’t been picked up yet, just an empty tracking number. Nice!

“The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.” is the new “Packed”. Ugh, an entire day and it didn’t move. I hate being this impatient :(

I placed an EU 512GB OLED order on the 16th, about 30 mins after launch time due to their bugged checkout. It’s still packaged. On the 18th I ordered the dock as well, which quickly went to packaged too.
It would be entirely funny if the docks arrives before the deck -_-

Same… it hurts… I even got a new e-mail notification, got excited and… it’s damn Nintendo with their black friday -_-
