I try to reserve downvotes for things that I think have negative value. If I simply don’t like something, I ignore it and move on; just because I don’t like it doesn’t mean that it lacks value for others. If I don’t understand something, and it’s important enough for me to act on, I’d rather have a discussion and learn.
I’ll downvote posts that don’t fit the purpose of a community, or which were clearly posted to start an arguement. I’ll downvote comments that are insulting, inflammatory, or otherwise malicious.
Is the Rubik’s cube a normal item for you to be carrying, or is it a recent thing? How many times have you solved it?
This is beautiful, and very neat!
All hail the tiny, furry, adorable deity
From what I’m seeing, Lemmy and the Fediverse are going to fill my social needs quite nicely, so I’m not sure if I’ll ever make it back to Reddit.
I have the Unihertz Jelly 2, and I love it. It fits in my front pocket (when I have pockets, bc women aren’t allowed pockets). It’s easier to forget it’s there, which makes me less likely to pull it out constantly.
