Don’t see any dead pixels on my regular 1TB OLED thankfully, but I do have a crappy left trackpad haptic that’s really noisy compared to the right, waiting for Valve to get back to me on that one.

Really stupid place to attach that delicate cable to that plate when it’s not needed, would have been fine if they didn’t what seems to have been a tiny tape around the cable and the tape adhered to the plate. Can see some ripping this out if some are not careful.
