Looking at ETH I think he wants to control everything in the club like Ferguson did. I’m loving it (especially if i see people like Murtrough and Woodward before), but nowadays there are much more stuff to do and control and its impossible to have everything in pocket (even Ferguson have delegated a lot of stuff and had amazing David Gill as director).

ETH needs to clean up the team from players not good enough or not working enough - I know that bringing Evans, Antony, Amrabat without selling Martial or Sancho doesnt look like he follows its statement. He needs players that can survive pre-season - second time in a row players are depleted right after start of the season. They cant run more than 30-40 minutes. Here I can see his fault - I would say that sometimes i blame him for squad choosing (like - how Varane can be benched while we have only Maguire and Evans) - last matched showed why Varane isnt top choice now…

I cant stand only strongly betting on Rashford who is overhyped and stopped growing few years ago (his and Sancho’s mental is absolutely down after EURO while Saka’s grew after their failure!)

Maguire is a top a now - I cant stand him playing (and i dont think he is good enough) but during 2 years of hate, he still was trying to find his form and tried to do his best. He stayed for win his place in 11’s andf finally did it. That mental we need in team. I survived 10 years without winning PL by Manchester United I can survive few more if we need it to clean up team, managmenet and be again sport’s team
