Yes it works quite well. I recommend getting a 27” 1440p monitor instead of using 1080p. That way there is no pixel shifting when playing at 720p, and FSR enabled can look cleaner as well. I use my Deck docked a lot as I stream on Twitch (with a cheap stream PC attached).

Yep. I sold my gaming PC (Ryzen 2700 and RTX 2070) to get the Deck because I played it that little. I also have a laptop that I use for work and for personal use. It’s been a good time.

I would be wary of recommending monitors since they don’t have built-in upscalers for the Deck’s 720p resolution. If you want to get a monitor, I recommend a 1440p so it scales well.

I wonder if the new fan would be a drop in replacement for the LCD. I also understand the heatsink is a bit different too, and wonder the same.
