My shitshow is over after my Deck was unceremoniously dumped on my doorstep this evening… tracking still showed it was in the depot. Obviously pleased the saga is over but I will never order from a business that uses Parcelforce / GLS again!

Anyone else having Parcelforce status now stuck at “Prepared for Delivery” without being sent on delivery, after two days in a row of the package being sent on delivery and then returned to the depot without any delivery attempt? Parcelforce clueless despite complaining via multiple channels. Like many others on here, I feel like I’ve been scammed. I could have got on with my life on Friday and Monday if I’d known they weren’t even going to bother with a delivery attempt
Parcelforce told me on the phone that they have no idea why it hasn’t gone for delivery today, they’ve left a message for the depot to call me back but they seem completely clueless. It just looks like they’ve given up trying to deliver it. What an absolute shambles, will never order from Valve again if I can possibly help it
This time around the package is still sitting in the depot according to the tracking, no sign of it going out on delivery. I have a horrible feeling that they won’t even attempt it today
Prepared for delivery by Parcelforce for the third working day in a row… fully expecting it to be returned to depot without a delivery attempt yet again. Fuck me for ordering 20 minutes after launch, right?
