I don’t think so. I do think Japan-made Toyotas are better, but the average buyer isn’t going to care with a 30+ year old vehicle or even realize that any were made anywhere other than Japan.
They’re slow. Indestructible though. There’s a 2010 in my driveway with 497k miles on it with the original engine. It’s very tired but still runs decently.
Sound system. Anything else is a waste of money. I dropped $1k for one in my old Toyota. Put 140k miles on it. The sound system definitely enhanced the driving experience, and can be removed whenever the car inevitably reaches the end of its life.
I could be wrong, but that looks fake. No reason a legit part would be misspelled.
94 Celica, I’ve driven it an average of 500 miles a week for the last 7 years. Longest trip was 3000 miles a couple years back. Mostly just cruising around the city though.
