I had a panic attack every time the low fuel warning went off in my low mileage 2007 335i. I was just waiting for another CEL. Do not buy an N54 unless you are ready for the non-stop maintenance that comes with it.

I had a stock e92 335i and it’s power delivery was pretty boat like and disappointing. Just a plugin tune made it so much nicer to drive. My wife had a 3l z4 with less power at the time and she didn’t enjoy driving the e92 at all. The B48 in the X2 is worlds different in terms of fun factor and power delivery. Probably not a popular opinion though.
