thanks, but I don’t think, that Moondeck will help, as the issue seems to be on the Sunshine side. Reinstalling it is worth a try.

Another thing came to my mind. I install the NVIDIA drivers with nvCleanInstall and select which components should be installed. Maybe there’s something missing.

I ordered last Friday, the 17th and got my tracking number yesterday 4 p.m. german time, so about 5 business days. Expected delivery, according to GLS, Tuesday the 28th.

As I can see it in the tracking status it’s on its way from the Netherland to Germany. The city it’s coming from in the Netherlands is about 3-4 hours driving away. So it would be awkward if the packages goes through several additional package centres before it gets delivered.

Ok guys, I‘ve got a tracking number since two hours now and living in Germany. Question to the ones who’s deck is already on its way or has arrived, in Europe. How long did it take from getting the tracking number until it was underway and arrived?

Germany, ordered mine on Friday noon. Still on items packaged. The Steam Controller, Steam Link and Index Controllers came from Netherlands. So I think it’ll be the same for the Deck.
