Same problem. I opened up a ticket with Valve to see what they say about the issue.

Yea, they all seem to be torx, and the size is TR6.

The orange screws are from the LE deck and the others are from my LCD deck.

Also want to add that the texture of the LE plastic is amazing. Slightly more “rough” or textured in a good way. Like all the reviews have said, the touch pads are way better as well, the response from pushing them in feels like a nice sharp button press from the haptics.
