Replacing 1 tire and doing no alignment work, I’d question that to start… Why that tire unless it’s sidewall or otherwise damaged? So much mark up here and some flags.

Firstly, for the air filter you should do this yourself if you can. It should be easy and much cheaper.

Most important IMO, the CVT. Do NOT skimp on doing this when recommended, they are sensitive and will work well if maintained properly. I have a '17 HRV and mine is every 30k, I do it as it’s easy and much cheaper for me to do it.

Sounds legit assuming the slave cylinder was not showing signs of an issue during the clutch install. Not typically replaced with a clutch at least in cars I’ve owned.

I’ve had one fail on me with the same symptoms as yours, usually a cheap fix…
