Approx. half the economy is state-owned and half private, including outside the SEZs. I’d question whether state ownership can really be described as ‘worker ownership’ but regardless China has significant private business.
Again, I support the CPC and its project, but describing China as a place with complete worker ownership and no private property is patently false.
