i got my Shipping label for my RMA, but steam support said i was also supposed to get an RMA instruction sheet through my email to print out and put in the box. it’s been 2 days and i keep reaching out to them that i haven’t got that instruction sheet. do i really need to wait for that instruction sheet when sending my steam deck back?

got my LE yesterday. Unfortunately got a dead pixel and a mushy left bumper. I’m not too mad about sending it back because honestly this thing looks amazing. worth the wait to get back a perfect model.

got my LE, haven’t checked the screen yet, nothing obvious though. unfortunately my LB is kinda mushy compared to the right one. i feel like i can fix it if i open it up, not sure though.
same, luckily there’s plenty of stock of the 512. imma check it out the first day and then return it if i feel it’s not worth the extra 150 bucks
the way valve played this, it just seems like the point was to mess with scalpers lol. they used the words “very limited” in the ad, and even the interview they did they also said it would be very limited, and that they expect it to sell out. even said they weren’t giving out a number, just that it would be limited. also made it seem even more exclusive by not letting any reviewers even get their hands on it.
what was the RMA instruction sheet like? i initiated RMA process on the weekend and got a response like yours on Sunday. Unfortunately only received a shipping label and no RMA Instruction sheet and have been waiting and sending a message daily but still have not received that RMA instruction sheet. going on 3 days now
