If Eddie wants to further his development, he needs to leave to a team where he’ll be a guaranteed starter. Don’t really see how he improves with such limited game time and underwhelming performances.
Yeah, I fully believe at a good midtable PL team he would be a guaranteed starter that can consistently score within the 13-18 goal a season range. He needs that confidence and security to build a run of form and goals. The pressure of feeling like you NEED to impress to stake your claim in the team every time you play must be difficult.
Limited game time? He’s played more minutes than Jesus so far
Hence why I said underwhelming performances. When he’s not sitting on the bench, he’s starting games and providing nothing.
