Freddie was very much a head down player. Very direct and that was something we needed when so many of our players were looking to pass having a player that just runs at you was a good change of pace. I liken him to Martinelli in the current squad.

Very interesting though that instead of indulging Henry’s complaints Arsene basically told him to look at the way Freddie played and adapt. I’m sure a lot of managers would see their star player complaining to them like that and would tell Freddie to change his game. I know I’m preaching to the choir but Wenger was a very smart dude.

Wenger was a brilliant man manager, especially for managing big egos like Henry’s. The left side of Arsenal were pretty full of themselves (and maybe rightfully so) Henry, Pires, and Cole were a bit of a clique. Henry gave an interview a while back where he said they called the right side their crutch. As in the right side (Ljungberg, Lauren) limped while the left side glided.

Well, fans know that when Pires picked up his season ending injury against Newcastle, it was Freddie who stepped up and won us the league that season.

In Arsenal’s history, the left side always won the awards but the right side were the unsung heroes. They were prolific, loyal and stayed longer, and never have a bad thing to say about the club.

“With Dennis mostly you move, however”. Man, Dennis was a brilliant talent who is massively underrated by new fans.

Wish it didn’t have the pointless piano soundtrack. Love the insight though

The piano was added to fuel the inspirational and motivational meaning behind the message.

It was done to help captivate our audience while also distracting them from hearing what’s actually being said in the video.

      Fucking cunts

Henry was a very smart footballer, on top of his phenomenal talent. This thing with adjusting dynamically is world class.

I just wish whoever made this video could’ve adjusted properly and not put that shit piano song on top.
