I was making the point that the refs influence the game in multiple ways, not that we should file a complaint for White’s offside.
that’s just far too much scrutiny on officials tbh
Given the intention for plays to be called onside until something material happens, and the consistency of this rule being upheld so far, White being called offside in a dangerous position raises my eyebrow. The recent evidence suggests that PGMOL is corrupt, without that I would not think twice about the White offside call. This is speculation however, and that is why I don’t think a complaint should be filed for something “minor.”
