    That is what shows when you have 250 Medals already, since it can’t give you any more. If you have 243 it will show 7 medals as the reward, since that would top you off.

    Are you already maxed out at 250 medals?

    Every medal you don’t get because you’re maxed at 250 gets converted into democracy and freedom. The citizens of Super Earth thank you for protecting their way of life.
