I used to be a single man, and I can testify to the accuracy of this statement
You’re looking at an almost perfect representation of the way my bachelor pad looked ‘back in the day’.
Well I’m a trans woman not a guy but right now my one room apartment I have a mattress, a small desk, two wooden chairs, a suit case I use as an end table, and a treasure chest. This pic is weirdly accurate to my living situation
Sorry, but my treasure chest will be right next to me as I sleep - that’s just too easy to steal way off in the opposite corner.
In Stardew Valley and similar games, there’s often little to no incentive to customize your house … it’s not like you actually spend time there, you need tons of space for crafting+storage and it’s just smoother to do everything outside.
I’m like, 99.99% sure that this is The Legend of Zelda: a Link to the Past.
If Link was around, I wouldn’t decorate my home, either! That damn hooligan!
You’re correct!
Yay! I remember playing it on my Game Boy. Life was so simple… I wouldn’t want to go back, though, since I was a loser noob who needed to git gud. /silly
I feel so old
Game boy? It was on the snes, was it ported to the Gameboy?
I should play this again, and see if I still have the photos I took of when I beat it as a kid.
I thought it was Minish Cap at first but you are right it’s Link to the Past 100%
Where computor?
Lower left corner, it comes furnished but not populated with your things.
Until you realize that Link lived there with his uncle and there is only one bed…
but why the need of three potties?
It’s where you store your Rupees.
WTF is the treasure chest for, then?
More Rupees.
tools and hearts have to go into chests.
Clothes
Needs more chests.
I can see one issue: three walls are in different perspective from everything else on this picture.
MC Eschers first flat
Where’s the guitar?
Want.
