Are we just saying the Chinese Crested is the ugliest breed at this point? Seems a bit cruel to reward people for breeding ugly dogs, especially if their conditions are unpleasant (consider the pugs with their breathing problems… having a tongue that won’t stay in their mouth doesn’t seem like it’s much better).
