      No worries :)

      Basically, not enough evidence means that the state can’t automatically do what you’re asking, and that’s a good thing because we really don’t want a world where people can get thrown in jail without evidence

        But aren’t the videos where he opens the links and the post where he admited it was bad and was on therapy enough evidence?

          Nope. It amounts to a hill of beans in terms of getting a conviction. Too easy to work around, and there’s no proof inherent in a video that it’s real rather than a performance set up to entertain. By itself, it’s a nothingburger. Might be enough to starr an investigation, but that’s about it.
