Ok, this is probably a weird question. My husband thinks I’m the only person in the world who microwaves cheese before eating it.
I prefer room temperature or warm cheese - it just tastes so much better! So I will microwave a slice of cheese for like 5-10 seconds (depending on size) to make it all warm.
Am I the only freak who does this? I swear it tastes so much better this way…


I know several certified cheese professionals (believe it or not, that is an actual thing) and when they run events, they generally give the cheese 30-60 minutes to come to room temperature before serving it.
