Western bands: Arch Enemy, The Agonist, Epica, Within Temptation, Eths, Blue Medusa, Melissa Bonny, Wargasm (UK), Die Spitz, Scene Queen, Lambrini Girls.
Also, Dragonforce now has two female band members and one from Hong Kong.
If you search the internet for terms like “female fronted metal” and “African metal” you’ll find lots of bands.
Also, Youtube is really good for discovering bands like this because the thumbnails will often show you the band members. Just look up a niche band and start clicking all the recommendations.

Babymetal are really good, by the way. They’ve used a lot of different subgenres for their songs and they often mix things up in a fun way.
