When I first got into VR I was staying with some friends in a spare room pretty much just like this. Just a mattress and the floor; I’d just push the mattress against the wall for VR.
Ayyy that’s a garage with carpeting, finished walls & ceiling, recessed lighting, this man is a winner for sure.

Carpeting? Who are you, King Louis XIV? Tear it out and sell it while it’s new. If you really need, get a small throw rug (or keep a slice of the wall-to-wall).
