Apparently the mod likes using euphemisms for their extracting wealth from other productive members of society and really dislikes being reminded.
I work with quite a few. Crazy part is they still have jobs renting out multiple homes. They complain about all the issues renting them out to me regularly. Doesn’t seem to be worth it.
Pity the exploiter, for it always wants more.
Its like a black hole yet they don’t realize it.
