Like I already say the USA is taking down Chinese allies one by one and China is not using it’s economical leverage to force the USA to behave . Africa is fueled by civil wars backed by the west and they will continue to fuel new ones. Trade needs stability Europe is just moving a bit temporary to China because of Trump but they will come back to the USA if dems wins again
