What is the best way small business’ should use the Fediverse?

There’s a lot a small company could do on the fediverse but what do you think the best way they could go about it is?

    If the business is or was promoting and marketing their business on xitter then it could make sense for them to try the same on a Mastodon instance account.

    I’m not sure if it’s really “worth” it for a small business to maintain a presence on Mastodon but I guess it’s an option… remember that small businesses have limited payroll and headcount, it might not make sense to spend time marketing somewhere that has a smaller audience.

      I meant as in a small business setting up but yeah if they where using Twitter before I guess it makes sense to move over.

      Yes I understand that a small business is only small and doesn’t have much money (as someone setting one up myself).

      I just know I’ve had much better interaction and luck on here with people actually interacting than the Central web
