Donald Trump predicted that if the courts strike down his tariffs by finding he lacks the power to implement them, the country will endure a "GREAT DEPRESSION."

The main thing getting depressed if the tariffs are struck down will be Trump. He can’t handle anyone telling him he can’t do something.
