I like compound exercises with Kettlebell. Especially leg and arm combinations are awesome indeed. The main issue here good grip and balance. Especially when i prefer against time exercises it always helps. But you have to mix kettlebell exercises with other kardio and ground exercises to get better results.
i prefer yoga ground exercises with lightweight kettlebells(8kg) at fitness and cardio days. And 16kg+ Kettlebells at workout days.
