I do check out reviews, but I do ignore the negative ones for the most part.
Always trying to find people who have tastes similar to mine and who I can trust. Although, even that is not always 100% of course.

But I’m more interested in why people love a game than why people hate it.
It’s all super subjective, so in the end a review is just a persons opinion.

I found out long ago that some of my favourite games just aren’t loved by the masses.
