As somebody who lives in the US and who benefits indirectly from Imperialism I would gladly work physically or in repaying and rebuilding the global south
Feels like a pipe dream, but it would be awesome to be part of a post-empire decolonial peace exchange where US citizens are put to work (positive class conscious internationalist re-education as a bonus) in aiding economic development, or landmine/cluster munition clearance, or working to alleviate the effects of whatever crime against humanity formerly colonized groups and nations faced at the hands of the empire.
