(Stew is shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage cooked in a broth and traditionally dumped on a table lined with newspaper… South Carolina speciality)

Butcher had a rump steak special and we haven’t had steak for a while, so it was steak and veg.
Street Style barbacoa tacos with some lime Crema, pico de gallo and pickled red onion.

Steak+cabbage stirfry with oyster/soy/honey marinade. And I just macgyvered myself some little coconut + almond ball things for dessert…mmmm
