As the comments point out, you can make client side bots that auto approve post. I guess that can work.
A web client could come with auto approval bots or just view by un approved by default. Lots of ways to go about it.
Better to just work with it and get something that works quicker.
If this gets approved I guess this basically solves the whole lemmy problem for me. It just needs better clients and maybe I can just go contribute to one of the other ones or start a new one.
What I would want in a web client is one that provides a name server for usernames, picture uploads and a popular community browser. That is about it.
