The bill would require employers to list a wage or salary range in all job posts and prohibit them from asking prospective employees for a salary history.
Yeah the fact that tipping is hard coded into federal law is idiotic. Charge me a baseline amount to cover employee living wage, and if the server or bartender or whatever went above and beyond their normal duties I’ll tip them
