Calgary has this awesome network of bridges between like 19 buildings. There are apartment buildings, office towers, malls, indoor parks, grocery stores, metro and train stations. You don’t have to go outside in that weather. They built the city to deal with the cold and it is really fantastic.
That’s certainly a start. Though I doubt that covers the 316.84 Sq Mi that Calgary encompasses. Hopefully you can expand on that network.
Many US cities have a similar network, though since none of them connect to any residential, other than ultra high cost residential, I doubt that our networks work as well as yours.
