Looks like I’ll be leaving SFBA.

It’s not officially confirmed, but it appears that @seb@sfba.social has shadowbanned me by removing my ability to post Public toots.

Even when I choose Public, it becomes Unlisted, thus minimizing my visibility.

Now, this could be some sort of bug or a mistake, but I have no reason to think so. And unless it’s fixed immediately, I will not be staying on this instance. No, there was no prior notification or other discussion.

The real service being offered by instances isn’t access to Fedi, it’s moderation. If they intentionally did this to me, then they don’t deserve users. They certainly deserve me.
