Hello. A few days ago I tried to remove the rim to change out the tires. What happened, I tried to loosen the bolt that’s holding the rim down and the head of the socket broke, leaving behind a piece wedged between the rim and bolt. It’s very much stuck in place. Tried to hammer the piece with no result. I want to remove it with any cost. It’s hard to see in the photo, but you get what I’m talking about

Vice grips then hit it with a hammer or add heat that hit it or use extractor to get nut started out

I would use a pin punch to rock it side to side and it should eventually loosen enough that a magnet retriever should be able to pick it out.
