I’m super happy for Havertz he’s finally got the reward for the good movement he’s shown this season in the final third and his overall performance yesterday was better but I still think there’s a massive issue as a midfielder with him. He’s just not comfortable on the ball in tight areas or on the turn in midfield areas it was better when he played on the right side but I still think it’s gonna be a problem for us at times. Odegaard dropped deeper more in build up yesterday I thing which helped maybe that’ll continue.
He needs to improve on the turn and he probably will, most of our players have. The tight spaces thing he’s fine, he’s better than Xhaka ever was and he’s showing a bit more. His team role shouldn’t necessitate tight space dribbling.
