I know, man, I know. I can’t say CVT out loud without throwing up a little in my mouth too. I just got this car with low miles (<20k) I want to be proactive and have extra fluid on hand but when I inquired about it at my local NAPA they said they didn’t know if it was brand specific or not. Is there a certain brand and fluid type I should be looking at? I at least knew enough that it isn’t ATF. '21 Subie-rooo Legacy.

I mean. Cvts don’t go bad because people don’t watch the fluid level. But just call Subaru ask what the trans fluid is then look up what cvt fluid is a good equivalent online. Can probably use valvoline cvt fluid, but don’t take my word for it.
