Just got my first Deck (OLED hellltathayeah) and ordered two tempered glass screen protectors. First one- cleaned everything spic and span- dust bubbles. Second one- was misalligned just a fraction of a mm enough to get caught on the bezel edge and not adhere. Took it off and tried again- dust city. Two screen protectors binned.
I’m afraid to order anything else Deck related because my wife has already noticed my other Deck related purchases.
The only way I’ve ever been able to apply a screen protector without getting anything under the screen is to keep it brand new in-box until I get my case / screen protector on. I basically get the screen protector ready to install and then I unbox my electronic device and apply the protector immediately. I know one day it’ll bite my for not doing a test of the device before apply a screen protector, but i’m willing to risk the price of the protector for a good install.
My Jsaux glass went on first try with no adjustments.
Although I thought it was criminal that the deck didn’t come with a film to peel off
JSAUX one has a plastic guide, took me less than 20 seconds.
Yes yes yes but third times a charm cleaning the mf was what made me anxious af especially when it would leave more lint lmfao
Alcohol wipe, dry wipe, blow, wipe, blow, wipe, wipe, blow, wipe, blow, blow, blow, breath, peel, double check, blow, apply.
I have a 512gb lcd deck, never had the need for a glass protector. Everything is clean and great without, no scratches so far.
I have 2 cats and a dog, putting in a screen protector is mission impossible in this house.
I hate them. All screen protectors on all screens. I’m too much of a perfectionist with this kind of thing. I can’t tolerate the slightest issue.
