People are saying nice things in hopes of getting an allocation. Most buyers I know are not happy with the added dealer markups, fake “lines”, zero inventory at dealerships, missing options at delivery, and general smugness. Except for me, my dealer is perfect. (Still waiting for my GT3 allocation).
So what you are saying is they can fit body panels and tesla can’t. Love it. Have an upboat.
This is measuring satisfaction of the sales process: nothing to do with body panels. Also, Tesla isn’t even included in the study.

They weren’t included in the “Mass Market” category, either, as clearly shown in the previous link.

To be honest, if people are paying the mark up they’re probably not as upset about it as you. I’d never pay mark up, but people out there are continuing to do it.
