Fuel problem?

I’ve got this 88’ Accord DX 5spd seems to completely shut off in higher rpms in 4th and 5th, 60-80 mph. I imagine its a fuel problem but I don’t know where it might be

Does it sputter and run like shit before it dies or just dies like you turned the key off? If it’s the later, probably distributor… pretty common failure.
